For Zoom
- Install the Zoom App
- Start a meeting
- Click on “Apps”
- Tag Genders if you would like
- If you are not the host of a particular meeting, you will need to invite the host to install the app first. You can do this by clicking "Invite Host"
- If you are the host of a particular meeting, we encourage you to invite all participants to install the app so that they can see the data about the meeting as well. You can do that by clicking "Invite all Participants" and it will automatically invite them. However if they choose to not install or use the app, your app will still work.
- View your meeting history and stats by clicking "View your Meeting Stats" or by logging in at app.equaltime.io
For Google Meet
- Install the Google Meet App by adding this Chrome Extension to your Chrome Browser. Make sure to accept the requested permissions.
- Start a Google Meet meeting
- Open the Equal Time app by clicking on the purple equal sign in the bottom right of your screen.
